Strategic Plan Next Steps
- Strategic Plan (Kaa-anokaatekin) extended by one year to allow for full implementation
- Community consultations with regional leaders are planned for Fall 2025 to guide the next phase of strategic planning. The new plan will incorporate feedback from our Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan, our third-party Efficiency Study and the Brand Equity project.
